Delivery

Your orders will be shipped within 5 business days of placing the order, subject to stock availability and provided there are no unusual circumstances.

Shipping times may vary depending on the size and address of the shipment. Shipping costs may vary depending on the order amount, product weight, and delivery address. Current shipping costs are shared with the customer during the payment process.

The customer should carefully check the shipping package upon delivery. In case of damaged or missing items, a report must be filed with the courier and the product must not be accepted. Otherwise, the responsibility lies with the customer.

The ownership of the products passes to the customer from the moment the order is delivered to the customer or the person at the delivery address.

If the supply of products is delayed due to a situation beyond Atlispor's control, Atlispor will inform the customer as soon as possible. Atlispor is not responsible for delays caused by situations beyond its control. However, if there is a very serious risk of delay, the customer can contact Atlispor to terminate the contract and receive a refund for the products they have paid for but have not received, yet.

If delivery is not possible, the product(s) will be returned to the warehouse. The customer will be informed of the location of the product and how to reschedule the delivery. If the customer is not at the delivery address at the agreed time, they should contact Atlispor to reschedule the delivery on another suitable day. If the product is brought to the delivery address but delivery does not take place due to a reason not attributable to Atlispor, and the customer does not contact Atlispor for delivery within five (5) days, the contract may be terminated on the grounds that the customer has breached the contract.

The customer hereby agrees to bear the shipping costs in case of termination of the contract.
